Replacement of single composite resin in a maxillary central incisor: Case report

Summary

This paper reports the steps of the replacement of an unsatisfactory composite resin veneer in a single central incisor, due to biological and aesthetic reasons. The case was planned for the replacement of the restoration, without any additional reduction of healthy tooth structure, intervention under absolute isolation and stratified technique. The result was the reestablishment of anatomy, texture, color and marginal adaptation of the restoration, harmonizing with the patient’s smile.
