Rehabilitación estética y funcional en paciente con rara transposición bilateral en incisivos superi
Dental transposition is a rare developmental anomaly, characterized by the exchange of the position between two adjacent teeth. The etiology of this anomaly is controversial, and the treatment will depend on how the case presents itself. The objective of the present study was to report a case of aesthetic rehabilitation in a male patient, 22 years old, with rare bilateral transposition in central and lateral upper incisors by means of periodontal surgical technique to increase clinical crown, restoration of the alveolus interface restoration, selective dental wear and posterior reanatomization with composite resin. Based on the resolution of the present case, it was concluded that the integration of clinical procedures was essential for the successful treatment of this rare clinical condition.
